| Project proposals are due! The online form submits project proposal information to Academic Technology Services. |

| Departmental Prioritization
| Academic Technology Services staff will discuss applications with department chairs, resulting in a departmentally prioritized list of project proposals. |
April 11 thru May 2, 2008 |

| Final Decisions
| In consultation with department chairs, Academic Technology Services evaluates project proposals and chooses successful applications based on the criteria listed above.
Applicants are notified.

| Development Preparation
|
Project development teams are formed, including
- Project Leader
- Developers (technical & instructional)
- Evaluators
- Content expert(s)
- Departmental IT Fellow
Project development timelines are created.
IT Fellows work with Academic Technology and Digital Media Center staff and instructors to develop evaluation plans for their projects.
